- Drag the two lines (located at the bottom of the homepage) up
- Tap the checkbox next to the User
- Tap Start Sync
- When the sync is completed, you’ll see the message “You’re all synced up”
- Tap Done
The assessments will now be visible within the Assessments icon on the homepage of the app.
Please Note
Only pending assessments, currently assigned to the learner, that have never been synced to the app before, will be displayed.
- Tap the My Learners icon
- Select the learner
- Alternatively you can tap and hold to select multiple learners, or tap the purple menu icon to sync all
- Drag the two lines (located at the bottom of the Learner's page) up
- Make sure the checkbox next to User is ticked
- Tap Start Sync
- When the sync is completed, you’ll see the message “You’re all synced up”
- Tap Done
The assessments will now be visible within the Assessments icon on your homepage and the learner's page of the app.
