Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

Creating a Plan on the Eportfolio app

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

Overview

Assessors and Trainee Assessors can create Assessment Plans directly from the Onefile Eportfolio App. Plans can be created from scratch or by using an existing template.

Steps to Create a Plan

  1. Log in to the Eportfolio App.
  2. Tap Plans from the main menu.
  3. Tap Create ➕.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Create blank plan
    • Create plan from template
  5. Tap the name of your learner.
  6. Complete all required sections of the plan.
  7. Use the Next button to move through each page.

Signing and Finishing the Plan

On the Sign page, choose one of the following:

  • Sign as assessor and/or learner
  • Finish → Sync and Send Plan
Uploads the plan immediately to the learner’s portfolio.
  • Finish → Continue later
Leaves the plan saved on the app for later completion.
  • Finish → Finish Online, place in sync ready
Moves the plan to Sync Ready so you can sync it to the live system and make changes before signing online.

If Finish Online is chosen, the plan will appear under the Sync Ready tab along with any other assessment plans awaiting upload.

Tips & Notes

  • A stable internet connection is required when syncing completed plans.
  • Complete a Centre Sync regularly to ensure all data is up to date.
  • Plans created on the app will sync to the learner’s portfolio once uploaded.
