Delete Messages

Overview

This feature allows all Onefile Eportfolio users to delete messages from their account. Important: Unread messages and messages linked to a task cannot be deleted.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • All Eportfolio users

Steps

How to Delete Messages

  1. Click the Messages icon at the top-right of your screen.
  2. Click View All.
  3. Select the messages you want to delete.
  4. From the drop‑down menu, choose Delete Selected.
  5. Click Submit.

Result: The selected messages are removed from your account.

Important Information

  • Unread messages cannot be deleted.
  • Messages that are associated with a task cannot be deleted.

Troubleshooting
