Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Maytas Integration

Overview

The Maytas integration allows data to be shared between Maytas and Onefile Eportfolio. This integration supports the transfer of key learner information and learning aim data, helping Centres reduce manual entry and maintain data consistency across both systems.

  • The integration must be enabled and configured in line with Maytas/Tribal requirements.
  • Only supported fields will sync—additional fields must be maintained manually.
  • For troubleshooting or to report issues, include examples of the learner record in both systems.
