Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

How do I install the Onefile Eportfolio app?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessors
  • Trainee Assessors
  • Learners

To use OneFile's Eportfolio app to capture data whilst out on visits, in the workplace or where you have no internet connection, you'll need a smart phone or device which operates on either iOS or Android.

To install the app head to the App Store (iOS devices) or Play Store (Android devices) and search OneFile eportfolio app.

If your prompted to enter login details to download the app, these are you Google or Apple login details and not the details provided by Onefile. We advise contacting your IT support desk if you have any questions regarding downloading apps on your device. 

To login to the app for the first time you'll need an internet connection.
