View Delivery Plans on learners portfolio

Overview

Delivery Plans can be viewed directly from a learner’s portfolio in Onefile Eportfolio. Users with access to the learner's account can view any Delivery Plans that have been locked and assigned to the learner.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Any user with access to the learner portfolio

Centre Setting

  • Enable Delivery Plans must be switched on.

Icon Visibility

The Delivery Plan icon will only be visible once the Delivery Plan has been Locked. Locked Delivery Plans are visible to all users who can access the learner’s portfolio.

Steps

How to View a Learner’s Delivery Plan

  1. Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click Delivery Plan under the Activity tab.
  3. You will see all Locked Delivery Plans assigned to the learner.
  4. Click View next to the Delivery Plan you want to access. 

Tips & Notes

  • Only locked Delivery Plans will appear in the learner’s portfolio view.
  • If the Delivery Plan tab is not visible, check that the plan is locked and the Centre Setting is enabled.
  • Users can view, but cannot edit, Delivery Plans from this page unless they have the correct permissions.
