User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
To enable the integration, follow the steps below:
- Click Centre in navigation menu
- Click Integrations
- Click Go to integration
- Click Enable Integration for Association of Apprentices (AoA)
- Enter your 32 character corporate membership ID provided by Association of Apprentices (AoA)
- Click Confirm membership
If you do not have your corporate membership ID, please contact the AoA. Partnerships - Association of Apprentices
Once enabled your learners will see AoA Membership button on their keychain navigation bar. Clicking on this will log them into your organisations AoA account. If the learner doesn't existing with your AoA, they'll be prompted to active their account when clicking on AoA Membership.Learners who access their portfolio via single sign-on will not be taken to the keychain pages, which means they won’t see the AoA functionality within the keychain. Therefore, a new tile has been added to the portfolio page, allowing learners to access the Association of Apprentices services directly from within ePortfolio.
