User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- All users with access to the learner’s portfolio
You can filter Learning Journal entries by activity date or journal entry date. To do this follow the below steps:
- Access learner portfolio
- Click Learning Journal
- Click Filters
When you click Filters a pop-up box will appear where you can now select how you would like the journal entries to be viewed.
As you can see in the below image there is a section titled Sort By where you can select if you wish to see the entries by either Activity Date or Journal Entry Date:
Once you click Apply Filters this will change the order of the journal entries to reflect the view in which you wish to view them to be sorted in.
