Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Please note that there will be a brief service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

How do I update my email address?

To update your email address, please follow the steps below, once logged into your OneFile account:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Profile 
  3. Click Email Preferences 
  4. Click Add new email   
  5. Enter your new email address and click Add
  6. Click the Remove icon for the email address that is no longer in use

If you want to keep your multiple email addresses associated with your account, you can choose which address should be the the Primary email address. The primary email address is the one that will be used for password reminders.

If you're unable to see Add new email, please contact your training provider.
