Creating an Assessment Plan Template

Only Assessors and Centre Managers can create Assessment Plan Templates.

To create an Assessment Plan Template, follow the steps below:

Centre Managers Assessors
  1. Click Quality in the navigation menu
  2. Click Assessment Plan Templates
  3. Click Create new template
  4. Enter the Template Name
  5. Enter the Assessment Plan Title
  6. Click Add Task
  7. Select an Assessment Method
  8. Add instructions to the task (You can also attach any supporting documents to Learning Resources)
  9. Click Save

Please Note

When creating a task on a plan template, it isn't possible to manually set specific criteria - only Outcomes can only be selected. If you want criteria to be selected you will need to create an Assessment Template.

Repeat steps 6 to 9 to add more tasks. Once you're happy with the Assessment Plan Template click Save.

Assessors can now assign this Plan Template to one or multiple Learners.
