User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
- Internal Quality Assurer with permission
- Assessor with permission
Permissions
Manage learner accounts
- Click Users in the navigation menu
- Click the Learner tab
- Click Create Learner
- Enter the details of the Learner
- First Name and Last Name are mandatory, but we strongly recommend you enter an Email Address
- Pick the Default Assessor, Placement, Class, Provider and Framework Template (if appropriate)
- Click Create
- Scroll down your homepage to Learner Dashboard
- Click Manage Learners
- Click Create Learner
- Enter the details of the Learner
- First Name and Last Name are mandatory, but we strongly recommend you enter an Email Address
- Pick the Default Assessor, Placement, Class, Provider and Framework Template (if appropriate)
- Click Create
