Overview
Learners can be assigned to a class or moved to a different class through the Episode page in their portfolio. This ensures they are grouped correctly for registers, reporting, and delivery planning.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
- Assessor (with permissions)
- Trainee Assessor (with permissions)
- Internal Verifier (with permissions)
Permissions
- Can manage learner accounts
How to Assign a Learner to a Class
- Navigate to the learner’s portfolio.
- Click the Episode tab.
- Click the Class dropdown menu.
- Select the appropriate class.
- Click Save.
