Overview
Centre Managers and Assessors (with the correct permissions) can map learning aim criteria to individual pages within Course Modules. This allows specific pages or activities in a course to contribute toward learner progress in Onefile Eportfolio.

This feature can be used by:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor (with permission)

The following permission must be granted:
- VLE Tutor
Steps
How to Map Criteria to a Page
- Click Courses from the left navigation bar.
- Click Edit on the course you are working on.
- Locate the page you want to map and click Map Criteria.
- Select the Learning Aim.
- Click the Unit Title to expand the criteria list.
- Select the required Criteria.
- Click Select to apply the mapping.
Important Notes
- Locked (padlock) icon: Criteria cannot be mapped to courses that have already been published.
- Ensure all necessary criteria are mapped before publishing your course.
- Mapped criteria contribute to learner progress through the standard assessment tracking system.
