Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

Copy scores from previous scorecard

Overview

When enabled, this feature allows a new Scorecard to automatically pull through scores from the learner’s previous Scorecard. This helps reduce duplication and speeds up the scoring process in Onefile Eportfolio.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

Centre Setting

  • Copy scores from the previous scorecard must be enabled.

Once this setting is turned on, scores will automatically pre‑populate from the learner’s most recent Scorecard whenever a new one is created.

Steps

How It Works

  1. The Centre Manager enables Copy scores from the previous scorecard.
  2. When a new Scorecard is created for a learner, the system checks their last completed Scorecard.
  3. Scores from the previous Scorecard will automatically populate the new one.

This helps maintain consistency and reduces the time required for Assessors to complete new Scorecards.

Tips & Notes

  • Scores can still be adjusted manually before saving the new Scorecard.
  • If the previous Scorecard has missing or incomplete scores, those fields will remain blank.
  • This feature only works when the Centre setting is enabled.

Terminology
