Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Enabling Magic Links for Reviews

  Centre Setting

  • Allow Magic Links for employer signatures
  • Expiry duration

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

Magic links can be enabled within your Centre Settings to provide employer direct access to a leaner review.

To enable magic links follow the steps below:

  1. Log in as Centre Manager
  2. Click Centre
  3. Click Settings
  4. Scroll down to Miscellaneous
  5. Locate Reviews
  6. Tick Allow Magic Links for employer signature
  7. Add Magic link expiry duration (days):
  8. Click Save

Magic link benefits

  • Employers can access a Review directly through a link
  • Eliminates the need to log into Eportfolio
  • Link shared via email
  • Shared with an existing Employer or with someone that does not have an account 
  • Magic links can be created by Centre Managers, Assessors and Trainee Assessors 
  • Existing/older reviews can be shared via a magic link 
  • Magic links will be included in the Task email sent to Employer 
  • Reportable through Data Exports
