Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Set Your ronouns

Overview

All Onefile Eportfolio users can set their preferred pronouns on their profile. Once saved, your pronoun will be visible to any user who has access to view your profile.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • All Onefile Eportfolio Users

Centre Setting

The following setting must be enabled for users to update their pronouns:

  • Allow users to set their preferred pronouns

Steps

How to Set Your Pronouns

  1. Click your Name in the top‑right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Under the My Details section, locate the Pronouns field.
  4. Select your preferred pronoun from the dropdown list.
  5. Click Save.

Your selected pronoun will now be displayed on your profile for all users who have permission to view it.

Tips & Notes

  • If the pronoun field is not visible, your Centre Manager may need to enable the setting.
  • Users can update their pronouns at any time from their Profile page.
