Learners to Start Review - or be able to populate their element of the review before we get to appointment.
The only way reviews can be done on laptops or computers is for the tutor to start and input all information. This is time consuming in preparation and also during the review. It would be useful, especially at Level 4 and above if the tutors could start the review, send it over to the learner for them to input the areas that they can complete prior to the review, and then send back to the tutor ready for reviewing and the actual review meeting. This would save tutors a huge amount of time and involve the learner more in the process and self evaluation.

Debby Seiles: I like this idea for level 4 and above as it allows them to reflect on the past quarter and evaluate what else they need to do to prepare for their development for the next quarter. The Apprentice needs the time to reflect before the review takes place and list areas where they would like discussion and flag weakness or need for support. There is a reason why most companies appraisal platforms work in this way, and it would make sense for an apprenticeship platform to mirror the structure to make it easier for them to use and a more logical process.
