Update visit assessor

When a review is schedualed, you have to set an assessor. This is the assessoe which shows as owning the "visit". However any assessor linked to the learner can start the review, the visit linked to that review does no update to the user who started the review. This means that the user who started the review cannot download the review to the mobile app.

Is it possible to add an option when a review is started to change the visit assessor too?
