Share Review

I have noticed that when using the Share Review option the manager or sign on behalf of person is sent straight to the signature line which bypasses the feedback box. Some managers don't think to scroll up to leave feedback and often don't sign at all which defeats the purpose of the manager signature. I often see a lot of reviews that are unsigned by the manager, possibly for this reason.

Could the link send the manager or person who signs on behalf of, to the feedback box first?
