I have two issues with the feedback on reviews.

1. Employers' feedback onto completed reviews is not visible to apprentices - totally defeats the purpose of feedback.

2. Because of the above I have now changed the settings of my centre to not have feedback but to have it included in the forms for each i.e. assessor, apprentice, and employer so this is visible to all. A major issue with this is that all reviews completed before now no longer have feedback attached to the review!

Surely once the review has been locked all information of that review is locked and cannot be removed.

I have some good news - one of our recent updates resolved this issue:

Learners/Apprentices can now see Employer feedback.

Thanks Wendy. Much appreciated. One it isn’t on the form and the other no knowledge this was the case until some one being disciplined and didn’t know anything about comments. I was flabbergasted that this was not even considered or not considered enough. Thanks again

I completely agree with this suggestion please reconsider - or at least make this forum more widely know about - I suspect if you ask providers not one would say this isn't a good idea

Thank you for your suggestion - after careful consideration we've decided this is not something we'll be able to facilitate . Should the idea be upvoted in the meantime, we may revisit this area.
