Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Change date on Progress Review

At the moment one cannot change the date on a progress review.  In that you will have scheduled it and if you don't open the review on that date you then see the red colour and minus symbol against the review.


The problem with this functionality is that you assume all reviews are done online and into the form directly.  Unfortunately in the real world we can't always do that, also in some instances you get a time out and lose all of the input you the entered.  Therefore, many assessors write up the review in Word, OneNote or other application and then copy this over into the review form at a later date - this then creates the (incorrect) view the review was not carried out when scheduled.

    hoping now the ideas portal is accessible again more people might start engaging again :)

  • We have a similar problem: our Talent Coaches 'start' reviews on OneFile in advance of the meeting so they can prepare for the review. If the learner is a no-show or cancels on the day, the only option is to delete the review and recreate it. This results in all the prep work for the review being lost, as well as the history of the fact that the review has been rescheduled or cancelled.
