Be able to send a link to a Review Form for Employers

with the new funding rule changes, there is now a requirement for employers to sign the Review.

As this can cause issues with Apprentices in Retail, healthcare etc with their Line Manager changing frequently

The ideal feature for this would be to get a magic link in Eportfolio for the custom review form so that the employer can sign the review which then updates the form. (like Adobe Sign) 

The link cannot be generated by a Learner and the link will only appear once an email address has been added in for the Employer.
