Audit trail for Magic Links for reviews

Can you please implement either adding a section to the review reports or a box within the employer declaration section of the review (or both!) to demonstrate the date in which the review was shared through the magic link to employers/line managers. 

There is currently no information around this to provide as an audit trail. This will assist with knowing which line managers are not completing the reviews and as well as having proof that the coaches/tutors have actually sent this out. Having it added to reports also provides us easy access to data to use within employer meetings or coaches 1:1s and avoids duplication of sending through duplications of the link.
