Be able to have a record of the review having been sent to the employer

Currently, there is no way to track if / when a review has been sent to an employer to sign or sent to someone to sign on behalf of the employer. 

This would be useful to be able to show that we have tried to get the employer involved, despite a lack of signature. 

It could be as easy as allowing us to CC ourselves into the email that gets sent to the employer for our own records.
