TC Private comment box on Review meetings

Please can I put forward a suggestion.

When completing a review meeting, that there is a small comments box so the Talent Coach can comment on how they felt the meeting went without the Learner/CC/Manager seeing. This can be then used for Quality/Manager/TC reflection. 

It could be used for examples below

Leaner not engaged and gave short answers throughout

Technical issues ie unable to upload transcript/video 

Too much time spent with learner on one personal area so others not done

Or if TC is unwell and therefore knows it was not the best review undertaken.
