Additional drop down options on Line manager attendance

It would be beneficial if there was another option that reflects line manager engagement if a line manager doesn't attend the actual call, and flexibility has been given, it would be better to do this rather than cancel the meeting altogether which could impact the timely reviews.  

It's more important to have a manager engage with us than not at all so another option could be added along the lines of "Line manager attended alternative time (within 5 working days)
