Break In Learning functionality

Is it / would it be possible for the automatically generated 8 week review dates to take account of the BIL status and re-date themselves going forward once the BIL has been stopped? Currently reviews still show as owing / late even though a learner is on a BIL which is annoying / confusing for Tutors
