Review default setting

The default setting for Progress Reviews is 'Face to Face' and if this is not altered it results in tasks going to the Assessors for face to face visits.  However, since Covid we (and presumably many others) are now purely an online/virtual training provider.   Therefore it would be a great addition to the Centre Settings to be able to choose which of the meeting options appears as the default setting - we would obviously love the default to be virtual but understand other companies have gone back to face to face.   It therefore makes sense to give Centre Managers the power to choose which is set as a default.
