Capturing Evidence on the Eportfolio App

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor
  • Learner

Overview

The Onefile Eportfolio App allows users to quickly capture and upload evidence directly from their mobile device. Evidence can be recorded through photos, videos, audio files, or imported documents.

Steps for Assessors

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Tap My Learners.
  3. Select a learner.
  4. Tap Evidence.
  5. Tap Add.
  6. Choose one of the following options:
    • Take Photo
    • Capture Video
    • Capture Audio
    • Import File
    • Import photo from gallery
    • Import video from gallery
  7. Capture or import the evidence.
  8. Title the evidence and tap Save.

Steps for Learners

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Tap Evidence.
  3. Tap Add.
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • Take Photo
    • Capture Video
    • Capture Audio
    • Import File
    • Import photo from gallery
    • Import video from gallery
  5. Capture or import the evidence.
  6. Title the evidence and tap Save.

Tips & Notes

  • Evidence titles should clearly describe the activity or item recorded.
  • Ensure your device has granted the app permission to access the camera, microphone, and files.
  • All uploaded evidence will appear in the learner’s portfolio for assessor review.
