A Learner User ID is a unique identifier used within Onefile Eportfolio. This quick guide explains how to locate a learner’s User ID from the Users area.

Who Can Use This Feature?
Any user with access to Learner Episodes can view User IDs.
Steps
How to Locate a Learner’s User ID
- Click Users on the left navigation bar.
- Click Learner Episodes.
- The User ID will appear in the first column of the user table.
Tips & Notes
- User IDs are system-generated and cannot be edited.
- You can search by name or filter the list to quickly locate a learner.
- User IDs are helpful when contacting Support or running exports/reports.
