Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Report on unmatched Cognassist accounts

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

To run a report on unmatched accounts, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Reports in the navigation bar
  2. Locate Diagnostics section
  3. Click Cognassist Unmatched

The report shows all OneFile Eportfolio learners that haven't been matched to a learner in Cognassist.
