Archive an IQA Action

Overview

Centre Managers can archive IQA assessment actions that are no longer required. Once archived, these actions will no longer appear on the assessment page for users, helping keep the IQA action list clean and relevant.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager

Centre Setting

The following setting must be enabled to view and manage IQA actions:

  • Show IQA assessment actions

Steps

How to Archive an IQA Assessment Action

  1. Click Quality in the navigation menu.
  2. Select IV Assessment Actions.
  3. Under the Options column, click Actions.
  4. Select Archive.

Archived Actions

Once archived, IV Assessment Actions will be hidden from the assessment page and will no longer be available for IQAs to select.

Tips & Notes

  • Use archiving to remove outdated or duplicated IQA actions.
  • Archived actions can help declutter the workflow for IQAs and Assessors.
  • If an action has been archived accidentally, it can be restored from the same menu (if available).
