Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

How to Archive IV Processes

Overview

IV (Internal Verifier) Processes can be archived when they are no longer required. Archiving removes them from the active list while keeping them available for reactivation if needed. This helps maintain an organised list of current Internal Verification processes within Onefile Eportfolio.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager

Steps

How to Archive an IV Process

  1. Click Quality from the navigation menu.
  2. Click IV Processes.
  3. Locate the IV Process you want to archive.
  4. Click Actions under the Options column.
  5. Select Archive.

The IV Process will be removed from your active list immediately after archiving.

Viewing and Restoring Archived IV Processes

  • Click Show Archived in the top‑right corner to view all archived IV Processes.
  • To reactivate an archived process, click Unarchive.

Unarchived IV Processes will return to your active list instantly.

Tips & Notes

  • Archiving does not delete the IV Process — it can be restored at any time.
  • Use archiving to keep your list of active IV Processes clean and relevant.
  • Only Centre Managers have access to archive or unarchive IV Processes.
