Overview
The Update Employer Manager event ensures that updates made to existing employer‑related records are automatically synchronised across your integrated Onefile products — Eportfolio, RPL, ILR and Enrol.
This event removes the need for manual updates across systems and helps maintain consistent and accurate employer, line manager and key contact data.
Available Update Employer Manager Events
The following events are triggered when an existing record is updated:

Important Notes
- You will only see Onefile products that your organisation has purchased.
- Update Employer Manager events only apply to records originally created using Event Subscriptions.
- If you manage multiple Eportfolio Centres, changes made to Event Subscriptions in one Centre will apply to all Centres.
- Updates do not overwrite manually created or independently maintained records.
