Event Subscriptions - Update Tutor

Overview

The Update Tutor event automatically synchronises tutor or assessor updates across your connected Onefile products. When a tutor record is updated in RPL or Enrol, or an assessor record is updated in Eportfolio, Event Subscriptions ensure these changes are reflected in all relevant systems. This keeps tutor and assessor information accurate without requiring manual updates.

Available Update Tutor Events

The following events trigger automatic tutor/assessor updates across products:

Important Notes

  • Product visibility: You will only see Onefile products your organisation has purchased.
  • Event scope: Update Tutor events apply only to tutor/assessor records originally created using Event Subscriptions.
  • Multi‑centre management: If you manage multiple Eportfolio centres, any change made to Event Subscriptions in one centre applies to all centres.
