Overview
This article explains how to assign a Written Question Bank to a learner within the system. Please note that terminology may vary depending on your Centre.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor and Trainee
Steps to Assign a Written Question Bank
- Navigate to the learner’s portfolio.
- Click Plans.
- Select Create Assessment Plan.
- Click Add Task.
- Choose Written Questions as the Assessment Method.
- From the drop-down list, select the appropriate Question Bank.
- Enter Learner Instructions in the provided field.
- Click Save.
Once you have completed the rest of the plan:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Sign and Save.
The learner will receive a task to complete the written questions after they sign the plan.
