User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
There are two different ways to plan a Visit for your learners in OneFile:
- Assessment Plans
- Reviews
Assessment Plan Visits
When you create an Assessment Plan there is a section titled Set Next Planned Visit here you will be able to fill in the required fields for the next time you are going to visit your learner.
Reviews
Once a Review has been scheduled in for your learner, this will automatically create a Visit which will pull through to your OneFile Calendar:
