Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

What is a Visit?

A Visit is created to specify when an Assessor is next going to contact the learner to create a Plan, start a Review and/or complete an Assessment.

You can access the visits icon by following the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Learner Portfolio
  2. Click Visits under the Activity tab
