How to update Learner's ULN/NINO

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager
  • Internal Quality Assurer with permission
  • Trainee Internal Quality Assurer with permission
  • Assessor with permission
  • Trainee Assessor with permission

  Permissions

Manage learner accounts

Centre Manager/User Manager Assessor/Internal Verifier 
  1. Click Users in the left hand navigation menu
  2. Click Learners
  3. Search learner
  4. Click Episode
  5. Add ULN/NINO
  6. Click Save
