Reporting on Learners Last Off The Job Activity (Active Learning)

The report for OTJ activity can be added on for Centre Managers, Centre Monitors, Assessors and Trainee Assessors.

To turn this on, please follow the below steps as a Centre Manager:

1. Click Centre
2. Click Dashboard
3. Tick No Off-The-Job Activity

This report showing learners that have not logged Off-The-Job 

• Over 4 weeks 

• 3 to 4 weeks 

• 2 to 3 weeks 

• 1 to 2 weeks 

• On a Break in Learning

Last OTJ Activity Date has been added to the following reports as a Column: 

• Learner Database Report

• Off-The-Job Report 

• Progress Reviews

• Active Learning
