Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Action required
To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Assessor Target Caseload

If the Assessors target caseload on their account is set as 0, they wont be included on the Assessor Caseload report. The quickest way to resolve this is within your Settings.

I would advise changing the 0 to a number and then clicking the setting below and then Save.

The report should then show all assessors on the report.
